Shipping & Delivery policy

At Just Better, we want your pet’s goodies to reach you smoothly and on time. This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all orders placed with Just Better (“we”, “us”, “our”).

We recommend giving it a quick read so you know what to expect. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined here.

1. Order Processing

All orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.

You will receive a confirmation email (and WhatsApp where applicable) once your order is placed, and another notification when your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeline

Your products should reach you within 5–7 business days.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges — if any — will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time based on order value, campaigns, or specific products.

4. Order Tracking

After dispatch, you will receive a tracking ID via email/WhatsApp.

You can track your order in real-time using the courier partner’s tracking portal.

5. Delivery & Receipt

  • Deliveries are made between 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM.
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the order.
  • If unavailable, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the package.

6. Shipping Restrictions & Address Issues

  • We currently deliver within India only.
  • We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
  • Remote locations may have longer delivery timelines.
  • Please enter correct address and pin code at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Delays & Exceptions

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

  • Extreme weather or natural disasters
  • Courier partner disruptions
  • Government restrictions or lockdowns
  • High seasonal order volumes

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, retain the original packaging and contact us within 24 hours.

9. Cancellations & Order Modifications

We do not allow cancellation or modification of orders once placed.
