Welcome to Just Better. Our goal is to make your shopping experience smooth, transparent, and completely worry-free. This policy explains how cancellations, returns, exchanges, refunds, and replacements work.
It forms a part of our Terms & Conditions and applies to all customers who place orders with Just Better (“JUST BETTER”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By shopping with us, you agree to the terms below.
1. Definitions
- Customer / You / Your: Anyone who places an order with Just Better.
- Order: A confirmed purchase placed through our website, mobile app, or stores.
- Dispatched: Order status after packaging and handover to courier.
2. Order Cancellation
2.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellation
As a small start-up, we do not allow cancellation of orders once placed.
2.2 JUST BETTER-Initiated Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
3. Returns & Exchanges
3.1 Eligibility
- Request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Product must be unused, with original packaging, labels, and tags intact.
3.2 Eligible Products
Since our products are perishable food items, returns or exchanges are not allowed.
3.3 Inspection
Our team will review and approve requests based on eligibility.
4. Replacements
Replacements are provided only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
- Replacement shipped within 3–5 business days after approval.
- If unavailable, a refund will be provided.
5. Refund Process
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–8 business days.
6. Undelivered / Lost Orders
If your order is not delivered on time, contact us with your Order ID.
- If confirmed lost, we will resend or refund the order.
7. Damaged or Defective Products
Report within 24 hours with proof (images/videos) at: customercare@justbetter.in
8. General Conditions
- Unauthorized or late returns will not be accepted.
- Policy interpretation is at JUST BETTER’s discretion.
- First exchange is free; additional exchanges may incur charges.
